Book Blitz: A.D. Trosper

Biggest sale on books you may or may not have heard of!

Many have read these, many more have not. Some will share this because they love them, other won’t because they don’t wish to inflict my books on people they care about. On the flip side of that, if you didn’t like them, share this to your enemies! Plenty of opportunity abounds for lovers and haters alike! Here is your chance to spread the love (or torture those you feel are deserving). All of my books are on sale in one way or another, so take advantage of it since I don’t do these often. The sale runs from today, May 27th thru Monday, May 30th

Wind rattled the wooden shutter on the open window, banging it against the home. An annoying sound, and no one came to close it. Why? The bang echoed through the silent forest. Where were the owls, or even a wolf? Uneasiness filled each of my steps as we slowly walked to the door. I expected an arrow to come flying my way. Two strangers knocking on the door of a secluded cabin in the middle of the night … how could we not get an arrow in the face?
Raven stayed behind me, her hands resting on the hilts of her daggers. My palms sweat and my mouth went dry. I wanted my sword in my hands, but if I approached while holding a weapon, they might attack. Holding my breath, I knocked on the door, and it swayed open beneath my touch. A stringent odor wafted out from the cabin and I covered my nose.

A to Z Challenge 2016 Reflection

A-to-Z Reflection [2016]

This year’s challenge was interesting. I wasn’t even sure I was going to participate and thought about dropping out a few times. Then I decided at the last minute to scrap my theme and go with one about writing and I was excited again about participating. Even though some posts were harder to write and others were easier to write. Talking about my works in progress is something I love to do with others. Participating in the challenge helps me to figure out what topics work and what ones don’t. I look forward to April every year because I can to meet new people and check out blogs I might not otherwise be able to. I loved sharing things like my characters with everyone. It gave me plenty of topic ideas for the rest of the year as well. I already know what my theme is going to be next year and will be starting on it soon. Next year, I’m going to change up the format just a bit. 🙂

Loved meeting all the new people that stopped by to say hi and chime in on the different topics. Unfortunately I didn’t get to visit as many sites as I would’ve liked to but I did visit as many as possible in the time I could. 🙂

Look forward to your comments. 🙂

#IWSG: A to Z, Camp NaNo and other updates

Insecure Writers Support Group Badge

Thanks to Alex for hosting this each month. Here is the complete list of participants.

The A to Z challenge is over and I survived once again. Loved reading everyone’s comments on the posts. 🙂 Camp NaNo didn’t happen I had some real life stuff going on and although I worked on the story I just wasn’t feeling the vibe to participate in Camp this year. I might participate in the one in July not sure yet. Definitely will participate in NaNo though. Now I need to start thinking about next year’s theme for A to Z. Also, I plan to get back to posting more frequently on here. I got away from updating like I had when I first started the blog and want to get back to doing that. Have lots of topics listed for future posts just need to get my calendar out and start planning them. 🙂

Not going to list all the possible topics here because then the post would be very long. 🙂

Look forward to your comments 🙂
