Thanks to Alex for hosting this each month. Here is the complete list of participants.
Hi everyone,
I’m sitting here writing this at 9 pm on Tuesday night and wondering why I haven’t written much. I realized it’s because I spent a lot more time on doing classwork in January. I’m learning a lot though in the classes. I do have some outlines done. I plan to write more starting this month. I think I have found a routine that works that will let me balance the two and get deadlines met. Not sure I will do Camp NaNo or NaNoWrimo this year. They are fun to participate in but I have too many deadlines to try and do either one of them this year unless I find myself needing to add words to a project to met a deadline more quickly.
That’s it for now. Look forward to reading your comments. 🙂
Classes and writing sound like enough. Know your limits and hit what matters most.
I definitely agree. 🙂
Happy IWSG Day, Diane! I abandoned my classwork this month; fortunately it’s a voluntary online course and I hope I can get back in. Kudos to you for hanging in there with your classwork. It’s not easy. Wishing you lots of success as you devote more time to writing this month. Take care!
Thank you so much. It is frustrating sometimes but I just sit back and think about the end goal which is to teach English and Writing on the college level once I graduate. I know I’ll find a routine that works for both the classes and the writing. 🙂
