#IWSG: An Update

Insecure Writers Support Group Badge

Thanks to Alex for hosting this each month. Here is the complete list of participants.

Hi everyone,

Sorry I’m a little posting this today. The writing is going well. Several characters within my already ongoing series are going to be getting their own stories within the same world soon. It has been interesting trying to outline the next books in the series and have these characters moving to the front of the line to have their stories told.

Classes just started for me. I’m on track to graduate in the fall of 2024. So, I don’t have too many classes left to take. Spring/Summer/Fall 2024 are my master thesis classes. After Summer 2023 I only have five classes left. Two will be in Fall 2023 and the others are one thesis class a semester in 2024. πŸ™‚

I plan to move my books that are published through Amazon to Draft2Digital soon. They will be back on Amazon but distributed by D2D. I also plan to revamp my newsletter once again. I didn’t like the layouts I have used or the way I had everything set up.

There are several other things I’m working on behind the scenes that I will reveal soon. πŸ™‚

That’s it for now. Can’t wait to hear from you. πŸ™‚

  1. Great news, Diane. I have taken a look at D2D, but not close enough. I’m waiting for the day I’m forced to purchase a new (whispering) mcbk. I don’t want to speak too loudly in case he hears me and decided to quit for good. Happy almost graduation.

    1. Hi Joylene, thank you. D2D is great. You can publish wide which means Kobo, Barnes and Noble, and even Amazon to name a few and you can also have your books added to library systems. πŸ™‚ I totally understand about the computer I had to replace mine about a month ago.
