Patreon and Writing updates….

It’s been an interesting week. I started out writing and now have switched to editing the first book of Vampires of New Orleans.

Also, thought I would share what my writing area looks like right now. 🙂

I have joined Patreon this week as well. It’s an interesting site. Check out my link and become a patron of mine. Already have a few posts over there. Thinking about creating a page on here for it. We’ll see. 🙂

More updates soon. 🙂

#IWSG: Events and more

Insecure Writers Support Group Badge

Thanks to Alex for hosting this each month. Here is the complete list of participants.

March is here and I’ve gotten a story started, am rewriting another, and have my first author event this weekend. I’m super excited about it and nervous at the same time. You may have noticed I’ve changed things around on here. I thought it was time for a change and wanted to make it easier for people to find what they might be looking for. I’m even thinking about writing a serial that will be posted only on here and maybe sharing some of my fan fiction with everyone.

I will admit one thing the goals list I posted recently has been thrown out the window. The epic fantasy story is taking up my time because the characters in it kept popping up when I tried to work on some of the other stories and that’s okay. I’m happy when I can jump into one story like that. Now, if I could finish up my A to Z posts then I would be really happy. 🙂

I’m redoing the theme for the A to Z challenge because I thought I was going to do didn’t come together like I wanted. I have a new theme and will reveal that here on March 21st. 🙂

2016 Goals

Some goals were met last year and some weren’t but that’s okay. I have set up my new goals for the new year and I believe they will be accomplished. Good luck to everyone this year. May we all achieve the goals we set for ourselves this year. 🙂

Here are my goals for the year:

  1. Publish at least 2 books and/or at least 4 to 5 short stories.
  2. Finish what I call phase 1 of the game design project
  3. Start my company
  4. Set writing goals for myself and stick to them
  5. Work on another project with other authors (possibly find a writing partner to work with on several projects)

Look forward to hearing about goals everyone has for 2016 🙂
